Our lineage can be traced back 5 generations to our founder and Grandmaster
who created the style in 1762.
Our Grandmaster Oda was a beatiful Gesha who was a highly saught after
Gesha in Japan she performed many shows for the upper classes in Japan.
One night she was walking home from a performance and was brutally attacked
and beaten by a local group of rogue Samauri.
Rage fueled her and she left her life as a Gesha and set out on a journey
to find a Master of the Martial Arts
which led her to O-miwa mountain. She found a Grandmaster that taught
her the old ways of Ninjutsu and Jujutsu. She came to be his top student and before he died he left her with all the scrolls
he had attained in both the styles of Ninjutsu and Jujutsu. It was said that he Grandmaster was of the Fujiwara Clan located
at the foot of Mt. Fuji.
She returned to the area where the attack happened and opened her own dojo
where she could teach local women to defend themselves.
Not long after the opening of the dojo the same group of rogue caught wind
of the dojo and the location and attacked with over 30 samauri. It was said that there were only 15 women there at the dojo
at the time of the attack and they defeated the men with ease.
But Grandmaster did not order the men to be killed rather she would let
them live knowing that they would have to love the rest of their life knowing they were defeated by a group of women.
Weeks later the dojo was caught on fire and burned to the ground. The scrolls
were thought to be burned along with the dojo untail they discovered that the local samauri had payed off the daimyo and in
return he ordered the burning of the dojo and that the scrolls be stolen and brought to him.
The Daimyo told Grandmaster that if they were to serve him for a set length
of time that he would return the scrolls to the family when the set time was over.
As time went by the daimyo used the ninja without any sight of the scrolls.
One night a Ninja loyal to Grandmaster by the name of Daisuke took it up
on himself to steal back the familys scrolls and return not only the scrolls but once again the familys "HONOR"
Daisuke stole the scrolls with great sucess and the familys honor was restored
again.
Grandmaster now having the familys scrolls in her hands again gave the
order for the Daimyo and his men to be assassinated.
This is my lineage that has been passed down through the years from Father
to son to Mother to daughter and on down the line.
The familys symbol is the Fox ....It was said that when someone was assassinated
somewhere close by there was a fox print inprinted near by in the snow or mud.
